1. Purpose of Products
Goystop (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) produces and sells novelty identification cards that are parody items intended for entertainment, cosplay, and humorous display only. Our products feature fictional characters, memes, and altered templates with intentionally fictitious names, titles, seals, state names, and formatting.

2. Not Government Identification
These items are not legal documents, nor are they recognized by any government agency, law enforcement entity, financial institution, or commercial enterprise as valid identification. They cannot and should not be used to:

  • Verify age or identity
  • Purchase alcohol, tobacco, firearms, or any age-restricted goods or services
  • Operate a motor vehicle
  • Gain access to secured facilities or events
  • Open bank accounts, obtain credit, or complete any legal or financial transaction
  • Evade any law, regulation, or contractual obligation
  • Any other purpose which could constitute lawful misuse

3. Parody Notice
All Goystop products contain obvious fictional elements and as such, are protected as expressive parody under applicable intellectual property and free speech laws. Any resemblance to actual government IDs is coincidental and serves solely to enhance the comedic or satirical effect.

4. Assumption of Risk & User Responsibility
By purchasing, possessing, or using any Goystop product, you expressly acknowledge and agree:

  • You are at least 18 years of age.
  • You will not attempt to use the product as real identification.
  • You assume all risks associated with possession or display of the product.
  • You will indemnify and hold harmless Goystop, its owners, employees, affiliates, and agents from any claims, damages, fines, legal fees, or penalties arising from your misuse of the product.

5. No Warranties
Goystop provides all products “AS IS” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or legal compliance with any jurisdiction’s ID laws.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Goystop shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the purchase, use, or misuse of any product, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. In jurisdictions that do not allow limitation of liability, our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product.

By completing your purchase or using our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms above. If you do not agree, do not purchase or possess Goystop products.
